Can't recommend these guys enough. Really pleased with the work completed. Everything came in to budget with staged payments along the way. We also then asked for some additional work to be completed once onsite which they were flexible in accommodating for us, again, costs falling in line with quotes. All of the team have been really friendly and helpful in advising us along the way when we have needed it. They also tidy up after themselves! :-)
This is the second time I’ve used L&G Property LTD. I wouldn’t use another company. Their work is of a very high standard and would recommend the service to anyone considering large or smaller renovations/Projects. Their service is efficient and clean. I would like to thank Graham for holding on to my very tight budget?? Warren for his remarkable management and bringing the project in on time. Elwyn for his wonderful carpentry skills. Elliot for keeping up(or down) with all the dust) as well as doing everything else.And last but not least happy Jack the plumber who’s always joking.

L&G were chosen to carry out our project as a result of a personal recommendation from a friend. The work started in July 2021 and due to Covid there were time issues but the company managed to source all the building materials quite rapidly. The work was carried out in a very professional manner and to a high standard. There was a delay in receiving the large glass sliding doors to complete the project, but this was unavoidable and purely down to the supplying company being unable to source the requisite parts. When the doors were available they were fitted asap.
Would highly recommend this company. The builder's were amazing very helpful from the start. Warren was a brilliant team leader he organised everything and was so supportive. Elvin and Elliott were Fantastic at their jobs. All three men worked so well together and have left us with a wonderful home thanks to their professional work which is a very high standard.
The job was to demolish a wooden garage/shed and re-build an improved design in block-work with a rendered finish. Graham worked tirelessly to ensure all relevant trades were on site on cue and that everything came in within the quote. Despite a delay half-way through the build with lock-down getting in the way we now have a fantastic garage space. The team were always hard-working, friendly, clean and tidy and fun to have around.
